Laser cutting and 3D printing
Not everything we make is a machine part.
A sign cut out of steel and powder coated. A replacement knob for a stove nobody stocks parts for anymore. A sketch turned into something you can pick up and look at. Same work, different customer.
Sheet metal, cut to your drawing
Send us the shape and we’ll cut it. Signs, brackets, panels, plates, mounts, whatever it happens to be.
Most of it can be powder coated. Powder holds up outdoors better than paint, which matters if the thing is going on the side of a building.
No drawing is fine. A dimensioned sketch on paper works. So does a photo of what you’re replacing with a tape measure laid next to it.
3D printing
Every material type we can get, and that list keeps growing. Multi color and multi material both.
What actually comes through here: appliance knobs, furniture parts, wall and lighting holders, flower pots. Fidget spinners, figurines, trophies. Replacement pieces for things that are otherwise fine except for the one tab that broke.
Prototypes are a real part of it. Somebody working out their own design, printing it, holding it, finding the two things wrong with it. Print one, change it, print the next one.
One off or a production run
We’ll make you one. We’ll also make a batch, and since the setup is the same either way a batch usually works out better per piece. Tell us the quantity you actually want and we’ll price that one.
The design stays on file, so when you come back for more of them it’s a phone call.
What to send
A photo, a sketch, a PDF, or a CAD file. Any one of them is enough to start.
Tell us roughly how big it is and whether you’re working in inches or millimeters. If it’s going outside, say so, because that changes what it should be made from.
