What happens to your file
Your drawing stays yours. What you send gets used to quote the job and make the part, and it doesn’t get used for anything else.
We don’t sell files and we don’t publish them. Photos of your parts don’t go on this site, or anywhere else, unless you tell us in writing that it’s fine.
The file comes off this website an hour after you upload it. It isn’t sitting in a customer portal and there’s no account holding it.
What stays on file afterward is the model we build from it, so a reorder doesn’t start over. That’s our drawing of your part, not the file you sent.
If what you’re sending is sensitive, say so before it goes out and we’ll talk about an NDA first.
When to just call
These come to me directly. If a line is down and you’re waiting on the part to run again, call instead of sitting on email.
